About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Deliveryman to join the team at F&E ENTERPRISES INC.' in Iloilo City, Iloilo. This full-time role is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers throughout the local area. As an integral part of our logistics operations, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and in excellent condition.

What you'll be doing

  1. Picking up and loading goods from our warehouse for delivery
  2. Following optimised delivery routes to maximise efficiency and on-time deliveries
  3. Delivering goods to customers in a courteous and professional manner
  4. Ensuring all deliveries are made in a safe and responsible way
  5. Maintaining accurate records of all deliveries, including any issues or delays
  6. Providing excellent customer service and responding to any customer inquiries
  7. Assisting with unloading and stock management tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
  2. Must have a driver's Licence code Code A,A1,B,B1,B2,C
  3. Experience in a customer-facing delivery role, preferably in the logistics or warehousing industry
  4. Strong time management and organisational skills to plan efficient delivery routes
  5. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner when dealing with customers
  6. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  7. A commitment to safety and attention to detail
