  • Maintain communication with drivers to provide assistance and resolve any issues that may arise during transit
  • Coordinate load assignments and track the status of deliveries to ensure on-time service
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to scheduling or deliveries
  • Utilize dispatching software and tracking systems to maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies regarding transportation and safety
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management
  • Strong understanding of transportation routes, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in dispatch software and technology
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
