Job Overview

We specialize in extracting web data at scale, empowering enterprises to make informed decisions. Our no-code solution enables users to train robots in minutes to scrape, monitor, and automate data extraction from any website.

We cater to a diverse range of industries, supporting both technical teams centralizing data operations and business users seeking seamless, non-technical data extraction.

About The Role

This position focuses on delivering mission-critical data and custom reports for our premium clients. You'll collaborate with our Customer Success organization to ensure users receive the data they need at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our Managed Services team to deliver projects for managed clients, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Develop expertise in automation workflows, data extraction, and customization using our robots.
  • Leverage Regex, XPath, and JQ for data scraping, manipulation, and formatting.
  • Utilize automation tools such as Zapier and N8N to process data and create end-to-end workflows for data extraction, integration, and delivery.
  • Conduct extensive QA testing to guarantee robots function properly prior to client delivery.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience with HTML or another programming language.
  • Experience with JavaScript and JQ.
  • Ability to have a 4-hour overlap with PST timezone.
  • High proficiency in English both spoken and written.
  • Capacity to work cross-functionally with multiple ongoing deadlines.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Regex and XPath.
  • Prior experience with web scraping tools.
  • Previous front-end web development experience.
  • Experience with Linear or other project management software.
