  • Analyzing current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; designing and implementing improved processes to boost productivity and reduce errors.
  • Providing training and ongoing support to team members on using Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, Asana, and other integrated tools, ensuring proficiency and confidence in utilizing these systems.
