Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Ecommerce Optimization Specialist to oversee the creation, management, and optimization of our online store. This includes managing product listings, third-party integrations, and website performance to enhance user experience and boost conversions.

About the Role
  • Manage and update the online store, ensuring products, collections, and integrations are accurate and functional.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with developers as needed.
  • Optimize site performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow to improve conversions.
  • Run A/B testing to identify weaknesses and enhance usability.
  • Handle product listings, descriptions, pricing, and real-time inventory management.
  • Develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media, and sales channels).
  • Monitor store performance using ecommerce analytics; create reports and recommend improvements.
  • Enhance branding, storefront design, and merchandising in collaboration with marketing and design teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing an ecommerce platform, including product listings, inventory, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce apps, plugins, and integrations.
  • Experience with website troubleshooting and coordination with developers.
  • Proficient in ecommerce analytics, such as Google Analytics, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS) to implement simple customizations.
  • Creative mindset with experience in visual merchandising and branding.
