Job Description

This is a technical role that involves collaborating with the sales team to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team by handling technology-related tasks, overseeing the tech stack, and working directly with the Director of Sales Operations.
  • Assist with onboarding and setting up new accounts and sales representatives, ensuring they are properly configured from a technology perspective before going live.
  • Help implement and set up new technologies, systems, and processes.
  • Communicate with the marketing team on lead flow initiatives.
  • Create and manage technology integrations using Zapier and build out automations and workflows in the CRM.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Zapier and CRM software.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to troubleshoot technical issues.
