Technical Drafting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Drafting Specialist to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical drawing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with designers to bring projects from concept to completion.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create detailed technical drawings from basic to advanced complexity based on hand sketches provided by designers.
  • Refine and format CAD drawings for client presentation aligning with company standards.
  • Edit schematic drawings based on markup feedback.
  • Complete detailed design documentation post-design development including dimensions, door & window sizes, electrical plans and more.
  • Revise floor plans and layouts in response to redline markups.
  • Maintain precision and consistency in every drawing update.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a drafter or in a similar architectural/technical drawing role.
  • Strong command of AutoCAD and familiarity with PDF markups.
  • Ability to interpret hand-drawn sketches and translate them into precise CAD files.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
