Business Development Representative Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to spearhead our outbound sales efforts within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing targeted prospecting strategies to generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored outbound prospecting plans to reach ideal customer profiles in the small-to-medium business (SMB) and mid-market sectors.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our MSP services, including IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and strategic consulting, to drive business growth.
  • Utilize CRM systems to accurately track lead and activity data, ensuring seamless collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives to facilitate successful account acquisition.
  • Meet or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably within an MSP or IT services provider.
  • A proven track record of success in setting meetings through cold outreach.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Comfortable engaging with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on results-driven outcomes.
  • Familiarity with MSP solutions and their applications.
