
Business Growth Strategist

The Business Growth Strategist role involves driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and providing tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies aligned with business goals, conducting market research to understand industry trends, client requirements, and competitor activities.
- Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and industry events, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to offer IT solutions tailored to client needs, including enterprise software and platforms, effectively presenting solutions and demonstrating expertise in tools like Microsoft Office365 and other IT platforms.
- Bid and Proposal Management: Draft and submit compelling proposals, ensuring they align with client expectations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop competitive offerings.
- Sales and Revenue Performance: Meet or exceed sales quotas while maintaining profitability, managing a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking progress toward quarterly and annual goals, ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to project implementation teams, and addressing client concerns promptly to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years in business development or sales, preferably in IT services.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Familiarity with IT solutions such as Microsoft D365 and Azure.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, licensing, and product management.
- Experience in contract management and solution selling.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Adaptability in dynamic and fast-paced work environments.
