Key Responsibilities

  • Lead team members, foster their professional growth and development via effective coaching and communication
  • Coach direct reports to ensure performance metrics are achieved through adequate motivation and accountability
  • Identify performance-related issues, develop a plan for improvement, and implement corrective action
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual expectations by providing timely updates and changes
  • Communicate expectations to employees, provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed
  • Manage team metrics, retention goals, and participate in discussions about reasons for attrition and root cause

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in customer service or retail account management with e-commerce exposure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule
