**Job Title:** Team Operations Manager

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Team Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our claims, recoveries, and logistics support team. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality service across these functions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, team management, and operational excellence. They will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of operations specialists, allocating tasks, monitoring workload, and conducting regular performance check-ins and coaching sessions.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the processing of non-fault claims, caspar requests, rego chases, and POE documentation, as well as ensuring accuracy and timeliness in recoveries assessments, legal checklist reviews, and outbound settlement activities.

Additionally, the successful candidate will monitor logistics workflows, track and report on TPD success rates, delivery confirmations, and file handler changes. They will also ensure adherence to internal SLAs, regulatory standards, and documentation protocols.
