Senior Operations Manager

- Plan, monitor, and manage the daily activities and operations of the revenue departments (recruitment, sourcing, and staff leasing) in Cebu and all P&L-impacting activities by gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and achieving KPI targets and performance of each team.
- Work closely with the Cebu and US department managers/leaders to facilitate process updates, improvements, and initiatives with the goal to improve the performance of Cebu teams.
- Function as the bridge between senior leadership and all revenue-generating departments.
- Function as the chief managing partner being on the front lines enabling to promote employee motivation as well as addressing details that hinder office productivity.
- Work with the VP to review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
- Directly report to the VP of Operations; the SOM will also be the "person next in line" for approvals and decision-making if the VP is not available.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work 100% on-site on night shifts (8:00 AM- 5:00 PM PST).
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Senior Manager with extensive experience and knowledge of business operations including sourcing, recruitment, BPO, management, client relations, and financial budgets.
- Knowledge of diverse departmental functions (e.g., Recruitment, Billables/BPO, Admin, Accounting, HR, Customer Service, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis, performance/operation metrics, and KPIs.
- Excellent organizational and motivational leadership abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
- BSC/BA in business administration or relevant field and Six Sigma Certification.
