Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in LIVE CHAT customer support, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with help desk software and CRM tools, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
