About the Job:

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
