Job Title: Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to fill this role. In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
  2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction, keeping records of customer interactions and updating customer accounts accordingly.
  4. Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain high-quality service standards.
  5. Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Proactive & confident with keen attention to details.
