Job Description

The role of Service Coordinator is a critical position within our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless service execution and customer satisfaction. This position involves coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, while also maintaining accurate records and reporting.

Key responsibilities include reviewing customer purchase orders, validating information, and booking service orders and contracts in the ERP system. Additionally, this role requires effective communication with customers, internal stakeholders, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
