We are a fast-growing startup based in the San Francisco Bay Area, dedicated to helping seniors live safely and independently at home.
We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional who can source and screen top talent for various roles, ensuring quality and cultural fit. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience recruiting for U.S. clients.
Key Responsibilities- Write high-converting job descriptions that appeal to our target audience.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to identify top candidates.
- Schedule follow-up interviews with our team and manage clear, professional communication throughout the hiring process.
The right person will be highly resourceful and creative in finding candidates beyond traditional job boards.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience recruiting for U.S. clients, especially hiring across both U.S. and international talent pools.
- Ability to source and screen top talent.
