Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment strategy to achieve hiring targets. They will develop and execute strategies to attract top-quality candidates, focusing on sourcing talent for key roles in customer service and music education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Proactively source and engage passive and active talents in the marketplace to meet talent pipeline needs
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles within the organization, ensuring alignment with company culture and values
  • Implement continuous learning initiatives to enhance the team's skills and capabilities, staying ahead of recruitment trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, including 1 year in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to translate insights into effective recruitment strategies
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, empowering and motivating teams to achieve recruitment goals
