This critical role is instrumental in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top-tier legal and administrative talent to drive our expansion.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven track record of hiring exceptional talent in fast-paced environments. Strong oral communication skills in English will be essential for building relationships across diverse candidate pools and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the recruiting team, ensuring alignment with our hiring goals and objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, including sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding initiatives.
Implement and optimize recruitment systems, workflows, and technologies to maximize productivity and results.
Maintain and enhance the rigor of our hiring process, ensuring a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates.
Partner with leadership to identify future hiring needs and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reporting and insights on recruiting performance, pipeline metrics, and hiring trends.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing recruiting teams and leading high-performing teams.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Proven experience with inbound recruiting (job postings, branding) and outbound recruiting/sourcing (headhunting, outreach).
Ability to build strong relationships across diverse candidate pools and internal teams.
Track record of hiring exceptional talent in fast-paced environments.
