This critical role is instrumental in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top-tier legal and administrative talent to drive our expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven track record of hiring exceptional talent in fast-paced environments. Strong oral communication skills in English will be essential for building relationships across diverse candidate pools and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the recruiting team, ensuring alignment with our hiring goals and objectives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Oversee inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, including sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Implement and optimize recruitment systems, workflows, and technologies to maximize productivity and results.

  • Maintain and enhance the rigor of our hiring process, ensuring a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates.

  • Partner with leadership to identify future hiring needs and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.

  • Provide regular reporting and insights on recruiting performance, pipeline metrics, and hiring trends.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing recruiting teams and leading high-performing teams.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

  • Proven experience with inbound recruiting (job postings, branding) and outbound recruiting/sourcing (headhunting, outreach).

  • Ability to build strong relationships across diverse candidate pools and internal teams.

  • Track record of hiring exceptional talent in fast-paced environments.
