Job Opportunity

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire hiring process within the HR/Recruitment Department. Your role involves managing various recruitment activities, from preparing and posting job ads to screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, scheduling, and maintaining candidate databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring Coordination: Coordinate with the HR/Recruitment Department on all hiring activities.
  • Candidate Communication: Respond to recruitment-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Job Posting Management: Prepare and post job advertisements across various online platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings and perform initial interviews.
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
  • Background Checks: Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating onboarding tasks.
  • Record Keeping: Handle and organize all recruitment records and paperwork.
  • Administrative Support: Perform other related administrative or recruitment support tasks as needed.
