Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Overview:

  • Responsibilities include defining job requirements, developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, screening and qualifying resumes, conducting initial phone screens, administering approved tests and assessments, scheduling interviews, making job offers, negotiating terms, and completing all necessary paperwork.">
  • To be considered, candidates should possess excellent analytical, administrative, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to learn new technology and adapt to a new environment.">
  • Additional responsibilities may include mentoring or leading junior talent acquisition specialists and developing strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals.">

  • Intermediate knowledge of one or more recruiting software platforms and ATS systems.">

  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).">
