As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality courses to agents using various methodologies such as face-to-face, virtual, blended learning, and facilitation.

You will work closely with supervisors to determine suitable learning methodologies for each training course, including instructor-led, virtual, or blended formats.

In addition to training delivery, you will also conduct call simulations as part of foundation training, assisting in the development of new trainers through onboarding and mentorship.

You will assist in conducting training needs analyses for communication and soft skills, preparing training manuals, instructional materials, quizzes, and job aids.

Furthermore, you will implement and evaluate training classes to monitor performance and identify quality improvements, leading performance evaluations to identify opportunities for agent development.

You will collaborate with operations to assess agent performance post-training and assist in developing interventions for performance gaps, especially in soft skills.

">

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries and conducting research to resolve transaction-related problems, acting as liaison for communication and training issues within the team.

You will participate in the hiring process alongside operations and HR, reporting results of language checks to relevant stakeholders.

Administrative functions include rating performance and developing individual training plans based on metrics, training results, and analytics.

You will ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain audit-ready documentation.
