Job Description

We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge to provide quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email to resolve non-technical issues.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods/tools.
  • Utilize customer relationship management applications or databases to record activities and research product or client information.
  • Work independently within established procedures related to the specific job function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Four-year college degree).
  • 0 — 1 year of work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous at all times.
  • Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Customer Service Foundation Program Certification.
