About the Role

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, organizing, and delivering various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees.

  • Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.

This role is focused on improving employee performance and providing support to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Create and deliver process-specific training for new hires and tenured employees.
  2. Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
  3. Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  4. Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in training in a BPO setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, human resources, or business administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
