Are you passionate about security and keen on working in a control center environment?

Your Role:

We are looking for a skilled Detection Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring security systems, processing motion-triggered alarms, and live video feeds.

  • Monitor control center systems by processing motion-triggered alarms and live video feeds.
  • Understand and observe video feeds to identify potential threats and risks.
  • Communicate critical information to the Escalation Group in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate the functionality of all monitoring tools to ensure they are in working condition.
  • Maintain a high level of attentiveness and punctuality throughout each shift.
About You:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, though undergraduates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Previous experience in Security, Armed Forces, Protective Services, Video Surveillance Monitoring, or equivalent is beneficial but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, email, and web browsing is required. Fluency in English is necessary, while proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
