Senior Talent Acquisition Lead: Driving Recruitment Success

Job Description:

As a Senior Team Leader, you will spearhead the recruitment efforts for our organization. You must be an expert in handling teams and driving results while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include guiding your team to meet or exceed recruitment targets, fostering a motivating environment, and ensuring positive candidate experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, providing direction and support to achieve company goals.
  • Implement robust performance management strategies to evaluate and improve team member performance.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership with a proven track record of successfully leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of performance management and proficiency with recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
