Key Role in Financial Planning

We are a leading global provider of power solutions, specializing in the design and production of critical applications in healthcare, industrial, and technology sectors.

This role offers exposure to financial planning, analysis, and reporting while working closely with senior leaders and product-focused teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support senior finance business partner in delivering comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and reports for product marketing and product development teams.
  • Deliver actionable insights through in-depth analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
  • Collaborate with product managers to develop compelling business cases for new product initiatives.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  • Compile and review monthly financial commentary to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with a strong interest in building a career in finance.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and preferably has experience using SAP and Power BI.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver insightful recommendations.
  • Strongly driven and detail-oriented, consistently producing high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Show willingness to pursue professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA to support career growth.
  • Displays excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with a proactive and structured approach to tasks.
  • Brings a collaborative mindset with professionalism, innovation, and a continuous improvement attitude, ideally with a background in FP&A or a similar role.
