Job Summary:

Aprio is seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and procurement, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of supporting documentation for employee reimbursements, reviewing and approving purchasing card transactions, ensuring timely processing of expense reimbursement requests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address concerns and implement process improvements.

Additionally, the Senior Associate will provide support to the procurement team, work closely with the GL team for expense and procurement-related tasks, and offer expertise to the T&E Manager and Director, Corporate Controller.

Requirements:

  • Amenable to work night shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in expense management, procurement, and accounting.
  • Experience with large ERP systems, preferably Workday.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven process improvement mindset required.
