Job Title: Senior Financial Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to join our team. As a senior accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and compliant financial data.

This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in US GAAP and experience using QuickBooks. You will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounting operations, including day-to-day activities, monthly and year-end close processes, and financial reporting.

You will also support accounts payable and receivable functions, prepare reports, and assist with tax filings and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including cash flow management and financial analysis.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. accounting standards.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and other documents as required.
  • Assist with tax filings, compliance documentation, and audit support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
  • Proven experience using QuickBooks in a professional setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
