Job Overview

Gartner seeks a seasoned finance professional to provide strategic business and technology insights to CFO clients globally. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing finance technology strategies, driving cloud ERP adoption.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the challenges CFOs face during cloud ERP transformation, AI capabilities of vendors, and innovative ideas for leveraging ERP applications in finance functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive insights for clients through published research and lead client interactions.
  • Engage with clients daily via video conference or Gartner events, providing actionable recommendations to address complex financial challenges.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in finance technology, advising CFO clients on ERP transformation, AI in ERP, building a finance technology strategy, and capitalizing on innovations in finance technology.
  • Collaborate with experienced analysts to develop authoritative research and advice addressing CFO priorities and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience working in finance department roles or consulting roles supporting large cloud ERP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the latest trends, innovations, and vendor capabilities in finance technology and cloud ERP software market.
  • Experience working closely with CFOs and senior finance leaders to build support for finance technology initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
