Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Aftersales Fulfillment team, responsible for managing consumer lending customers' post-booking needs and ensuring controls are set and observed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team to address consumer lending customers' post-booking requirements
  • Ensure necessary operational controls are established and enforced
  • Identify, report, and monitor operational risks in line with regulatory and bank policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive improvements and strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • College graduate degree
  • At least 5-7 years of managerial or senior managerial experience in consumer lending or financial services
  • Strong background in aftersales, loan servicing, or fulfillment processes
  • Knowledge of consumer lending products, such as auto loans, or home equity loans
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics to drive decision-making and process enhancements
Work Environment:

100% Onsite - BGC, Taguig
