
Fulfillment Strategist

The Product Planning & Fulfillment Analyst will play a critical role in business process coordination, working cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:- Supply Chain Optimization
- Manage integral supply chains to match demand and supply, utilizing master planning systems.
- Drive the setting of Supply Chain Parameters (e.g. Supply Chain Model, Lead Times, Safety Stocks) in planning systems according to product life cycles.
- S&OP Support
- Collaborate with BU/BL Capacity Planners on S&OP processes.
- Review resource loading situations impacting S&OP.
- Order Management
- SO Management: Responsible for fulfilling customer sales orders, customer programs forecasts, and safety stock replenishments.
- PO Management: Plan and release feasible plans to manufacturing sites, fulfilling demand and loading policies. Monitor and control supply deviations.
- Align business strategies based on demand and supply situations, communicating with BG/BL.
- Exception Management:
- In case of allocation, follow allocated processes and decisions.
- In case of tight supply, collaborate with BG/BL and Customer Service/Site for production priority to prevent customer line downtime.
- Support New Product Introductions.
- Returns Management: Support and arrange returns (quality, technical, logistics, and commercial) according to relevant procedures.
- Improvements / PDCA:
- Regularly review KPIs and initiate improvement activities if KPIs fall below targets.
- Participate in projects.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Process-driven knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Experience in customer handling and managing, leading, and participating in projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in multicultural communication.
- Ability to work in cross-functional, virtual, and international teams.
- Highly motivated with strong ownership sense.
- Fluency in English.
