
Operational Support Specialist

As an Operations Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Operations Department.
The role involves managing key functions related to operational planning and resource management, coordinating monthly activities of key personnel, and handling financial transactions, including loan closures and banking updates.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Operations Department.
- Process Monthly Workplan / Revolving Fund Replenishment of Area Managers.
- Process Area Manager travels during meetings and activities (travel forms, cash advances, bookings, accommodations).
- Process Operations Manager travels during meetings and activities (travel forms, cash advances, liquidations, bookings, accommodations).
- Prepare and cancel Mortgage(s) for fully paid clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is attached.
- Update bank signatories of Branch/Unit Offices accounts.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence for the Operations Department.
- Prepare performance rankings for review by the Operations Manager and Finance Manager and approval of the ED.
- Monitor and report the status of data processing (Complete, Pending, or Error) to AFAOs; escalate errors for resolution.
- Education: Preferably a graduate of any Business course.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of Admin and Office Coordination experience.
- Has working knowledge in basic administrative and finance and accounting principles.
- Well organized and systematic in following work procedures.
- Effective communication and customer relations skills.
