**Job Title:** Help Desk Support Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees and clients. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage IT Service Desk: Provide remote support and troubleshooting for operating hotels as the first point of contact for all IT issues.
  • IT Administration: Administer onboarding/offboarding user IDs & passwords, system access for various applications used, ensuring system security is maintained.
  • System Monitoring and Maintenance: Routinely check backups are performed periodically and completed without error. Errors are to be investigated and rectified or escalated.
 Requirements: 
  • Strong Communication Skills: Good communication skills with ability to interact with diverse groups.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Azure AD administration.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve technical issues quickly.
