- Manage IT Service Desk: Provide remote support and troubleshooting for operating hotels as the first point of contact for all IT issues.
- IT Administration: Administer onboarding/offboarding user IDs & passwords, system access for various applications used, ensuring system security is maintained.
- System Monitoring and Maintenance: Routinely check backups are performed periodically and completed without error. Errors are to be investigated and rectified or escalated.
- Strong Communication Skills: Good communication skills with ability to interact with diverse groups.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Azure AD administration.
