Job Title: Contractor Support SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Contractor Support Specialist. This role involves supporting the onboarding process, coordinating background checks and screenings, managing contractor timesheets, and providing ongoing support to contractors throughout their assignments.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple tasks, communicating clearly, and providing a positive experience for contractors. If you possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service oriented demeanor, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support contractor onboarding by ensuring all required paperwork and steps are completed.
  • Coordinate background checks and client-required screenings.
  • Process and track contractor timesheets accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Check in with contractors regularly to ensure they have the necessary support and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, internal teams, and clients to address any concerns or issues.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of contractor information and care-related documentation.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in onboarding or HR support is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Bachelor's degree required (related fields such as Psychology, Human Resources, or similar are a plus).
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Familiarity with US background checks is a plus.
