Job Title: Operational Support Specialist

Job Description:

This role plays a vital part in supporting daily operational functions across multiple departments including Customer Service, Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable handling a variety of administrative and support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls and attending to customer enquiries as required, managing accounts receivable, processing orders, conducting price reviews, and maintaining product databases. They will also provide procurement support, analyze data, generate purchase orders, and assist with HR administration as needed.

Key Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a call-based customer service role
  • Prior data entry experience is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo or SAP is preferred
  • Fluent English language skills are essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook, is necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
