About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Medical & Business Virtual Assistants 24-7. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts payable principles and practices, as well as experience working with US clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial obligations of the organization, including processing invoices, making timely payments to vendors, and reconciling accounts.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 Years of proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role.
  • Knowledge of the IRS 1099 process helpful.
  • Familiarity with General Ledger.
  • Must Have US experience/Working with US clients.
  • Proficient in the English Language both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Self-motivated, organized, willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.
