We are seeking an experienced Account Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Account Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling accounts payable transactions, processing invoices, and communicating with suppliers and administrative staff.

  • **Key Responsibilities:** Maintain and monitor accounts payable in accordance with company policies and accounting best practices.
  • Process all accounts payable transactions, both local and international.
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices according to scheduled timelines.

**Requirements:** Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent, one to two years of experience in accounts payable management or basic knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of ERP programs is an asset, very fluent in spoken and written English.
