Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Specialist to join our technology production assurance team. In this exciting role, you will contribute significantly to the continuous uplift of production stability across all core systems and assist with implementing and improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications and systems.
  • Assist with implementing and improving operational processes across the team.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes or implement automation initiatives within Change Management.
  • Develop tools to uplift tools associated with Change Management.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, Databases, and exposure to Atlassean products.
  • Proven experience in delivering operational services within a Change, Incident or Problem Management Framework.
  • Solid conceptual understanding of all levels within the technology stack, including operating systems, databases, and applications.
  • Familiarity with Jira Cloud administration and configuration is an advantage.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and Grafana is an advantage.
