Senior Scrum Master Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a key role in supporting our Engineering Scrum Teams and helping us deliver high-impact software and features that meet our customers' needs.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping our scrum teams focused by guiding them, helping clear their blockers and ensuring they have what they need to succeed.

  • Facilitate effective communication among team members
  • Ensure all parties are on track and informed of project progress
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders
  • Champion agile values, principles, and practices within the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master (or in a similar role)
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification (desired but not required)
