Job Overview

The Senior Scrum Master position supports Engineering Scrum Teams in developing high-impact software and features that deliver value to customers.

Key responsibilities include facilitating communication among team members, keeping parties on track, providing timely feedback to stakeholders, and championing agile values and practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Keep all parties informed of project progress.
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
  • Champion agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings and retrospectives.
  • Help Product Owners refine and optimize product backlogs.
  • Remove roadblocks hindering team progress.
  • Adjust Agile practices for better software delivery.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred.
