About the Role:
Northern Trust is seeking a skilled professional to implement new operational procedures following changes in tax policy or law. This individual will be responsible for validating client tax status and eligibility for relief, handling technical queries from clients and tax authorities, and performing complex tasks with significant financial and business impact.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. They will also have knowledge of international tax reclaims markets and tax documentation, global custody and fund structures, and process management and operational risk mitigation. A college or university degree and/or relevant work experience are required, with experience in tax services in global custody or a tax utility preferred.
