Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a remote opportunity that requires excellent organizational and analytical skills. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions in accounting software
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports for management review
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Track invoices, expenses, and payments to ensure timely collections and disbursements
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Assist in preparing documents for tax filings and audits
  • Coordinate with project managers to track costs and profitability for projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and job costing is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Salary Package:
  • Entry-level candidates: Up to PHP 39,500
  • Intermediate-level candidates: Up to PHP 45,000
  • Expert-level candidates: Up to PHP 53,000
