Customer Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering innovative financial lending products and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold service delivery guidelines ensuring timely and quality processing of customer operations;
  • Assist credit assessors in finalizing approvals when all conditions have been met;
  • Provide outstanding customer service to customers, credit assessors, and brokers;
  • Meet SLAs and internal KPIs to achieve operational excellence;
  • Comply with all policies and procedures to avoid unacceptable operational risk.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years recent clerical and customer service experience preferably in the banking sector;
  • Excellent customer service and delivery skills;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and basic numeracy/data analysis skills;
  • Effective coordination and time management skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
