Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.

About the Job

The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial support services, including full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll preparation, and government contributions. The role requires a strong grasp of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and prepare financial reports.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, including computation, processing, and disbursement of employee salaries.
  • Prepare and process government contributions, tax documentation, and other statutory filings in compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and employee data.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and payroll functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
