Job Description:
As a Recruitment Assistant - Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top candidates. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and creating engaging job posting materials to showcase our clients' company culture and values.
  • Presenting design plans and concepts to stakeholders and applying necessary changes and edits based on feedback.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Managing applicant data and ensuring accurate records are maintained in the IRIS system.
  • Coordinating with applicants to schedule interviews and providing timely updates on interview outcomes.
  • Preparing and submitting client interview reports after each recruitment mission.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
* Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools to create visually appealing job postings.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Basic knowledge of database management systems to accurately maintain applicant records.
