We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Training and Recruitment Coordinator Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to coordinate training programs, manage recruitment processes, and support overall HR initiatives.

This role is essential in organizing and maintaining our training materials within Trainuel and Test Gorilla, as well as managing the recruitment process by sourcing and responding to candidate resumes.

The ideal candidate will have a knack for organizational skillset, proficiency with various tools and software, and strong skills in Google Sheets to ensure the creation and upkeep of comprehensive SOPs.

Additonally, the candidate should be adept at handling recruitment tasks efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Experience in training instructional organization.
  • Organize and maintain training materials, including templates and videos, within Trainuel and Test Gorilla.
  • Develop, update, and manage SOPs using Google Sheets and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with the training team to ensure all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist in the creation of new training content as needed.
  • Ensure proper documentation and version control of training materials.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for training tools and software.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to gather and implement feedback on training materials.
  • Sourcing and screening candidate resumes from various platforms and databases.
  • Responding to candidate inquiries and managing the recruitment email inbox.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with potential candidates.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Trainuel and Test Gorilla or similar training platforms.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets and other content management tools.
  • Experience with creating and managing SOPs.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Basic knowledge of human resources and training processes is a plus.
  • Experience in recruitment, including sourcing and screening resumes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
