About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Administration Assistant to join our team at Bravefoods Global Concepts Holdings Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support our recruitment efforts, payroll administration, and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support:
    • Participate in recruitment efforts to identify top talent
    • Post job ads, organize resumes, and manage job applications
    • Schedule job interviews and facilitate the interview process
    • Collect employment and tax information from new hires
  • Payroll Administration:
    • Process payroll, including tracking vacation and sick time
    • Answer payroll questions and resolve errors
    • Participate in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions and reconciliations
  • Record Maintenance:
    • Maintain current HR files databases and employee records
    • Update and maintain employee benefits, employment status, and related records
    • Perform file audits and payroll/benefit-related reconciliations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from any four-year course
  • One to three years of related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
