Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We're on the hunt for a seasoned Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with both BPO service offerings and call center solutions, responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting our digital marketing services to various sectors throughout the United States.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to put client needs first and develop strong business relationships based on trust.

  • Develop targeted strategies to identify and market to prospective clients with senior leadership support
  • Conduct prospecting through emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling potential customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify prospects using lists, reports, and self-prospecting strategies
  • Drive revenue by scheduling customer meetings and conference calls with prospective clients to effectively present our digital marketing services
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics and revenue targets
  • Assist marketing with conversion metrics on various lead-generation inputs
  • Maintain and update our CRM database
  • Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as defined by management
  • Build strong and resourceful relationships with clients and teammates to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, provide key feedback, facilitate retention, and drive business growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience required; BPO experience preferred
  • Candidate must be eager to learn and develop a career in digital marketing
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies, organize, and be adaptable
  • Consultative communication and negotiation skills by video and in writing
  • Excellent time-management, analytical thinking, and issue-resolution skills
  • Candidate should be able to effectively articulate the distinct aspects and benefits of our digital marketing services
  • Proven communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to operate independently and cross-functionally in collaboration with internal teams as required
  • Highly motivated self-starter able to achieve results while balancing demanding expectations in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Comfortable meeting sales performance metrics and experience with cloud-based CRM
  • Advanced proficiency with computer skills, including Google Workspace
