Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled digital marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale online advertising campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering high returns on ad spend (ROAS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for building, launching, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various formats, including search, display, shopping, YouTube, and performance max. They will also be expected to use data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to track and optimize campaign performance in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategist : Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve exceptional ROAS.
  • Data Analyst : Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Media Buying Specialist : Design and execute advanced bidding strategies to maximize ROAS, reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • A/B Testing Pro : Conduct A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to refine campaign performance and identify high-converting assets.
  • Keyword Architect : Perform advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to dominate search engine results pages (SERPs) and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Budget Optimizer : Manage and allocate high ad spend budgets with precision, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • YouTube Expert : Develop and manage high-performing YouTube ad campaigns, leveraging audience targeting and creative storytelling to capture engagement.
  • Google Suite Master : Leverage Google's ecosystem, including Merchant Center, Data Studio, and Looker Studio, for comprehensive campaign management and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Google Ads Guru : 5+ years of experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts with consistent success in achieving high ROAS.
  • Results-Driven : Proven ability to meet and exceed aggressive key performance indicators (KPIs) in highly competitive industries.
  • Tech Savvy : Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Merchant Center, and related tools.
  • Media Buying Specialist : Expertise in audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and advanced bidding strategies.
  • Problem-Solver : Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns.
